Return Policy

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason.

Exceptions to the right of return: - Personalized products, made to customer specifications, cannot be returned. - Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed (e.g., cosmetics, underwear). - Perishable products, such as food or products with a short shelf life. - Services already fully performed.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
